Below are the lyrics with my amateurish efforts at translation:

Hello!

I had a small bike bike accident a few weeks ago and bumped my head on the pavement :/.

The doctor thinks it’s a minor concussion, that explains the headaches…so am taking a break for a few days to recover …As I can’t do anything intense, e.g., seeing/analyzing/creating art work, I miss doing calligraphy and seeing your work/collections on Tumblr , hopefully should be back in a couple of weeks!

Translation:
